    Returns at SDW

    At Something Different Wholesale, we take great care to ensure your order is picked, packed and delivered in excellent condition. However, we understand there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Please read our returns policy below for full details.

    DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

     In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged or faulty, you must contact us at customercare@somethingdifferentwholesale.co.uk within 5 working days from the dispatch date shown on your invoice.

    • We may ask for a photo of the damaged or faulty product to help us assess the issue. 
    • In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange collection. 
    • Once the item is received back, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly. 

    Please do not return any items until we have acknowledged your request. To make the process easier, especially if you need to upload photos of your items, you can submit your return request by clicking the box below.

    If we request items to be returned, we will arrange this for you. In these cases, we will cover the return cost by organising a DPD collection and providing a returns label.

    AN INCORRECT ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR ITEMS ARE MISSING

    If you receive an incorrect item or items are missing, contact customercare@somethingdifferentwholesale.co.uk within 5 working days of the dispatch date on your invoice.

    • If an incorrect item has been sent, we will provide full return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.
    • Once the incorrect item has been received back, we will either dispatch the correct product or issue a refund.
    • If items are missing from your order, we will arrange for the missing goods to be sent, or provide a refund where necessary.

    Please do not return any items until we have acknowledged your request. To make the process quicker and easier, you are welcome to use the returns form below when submitting your request.

     
      

    RETURN TIMELINES

    • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
    • Refunds include the original item value, excluding any enhanced delivery services selected.
    •  Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase.

    CHANGE OF MIND (B2B Orders)

     As we trade on a B2B (Business-to-Business) basis, please note the following:

    • Orders placed under a business account do not have the same right of withdrawal under consumer legislation.
    • We do not accept returns for B2B orders where you change your mind or no longer require the goods.
    • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will of course be replaced or refunded in line with the above conditions.

    NOT AS EXPECTED (Non-Faulty Items)

    We do not generally accept returns where items are simply not as expected. However, if you are absolutely certain you wish to return them, the following conditions apply without exception.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition
    • All returns are at the customer’s own cost.
    • A refund will only be issued once the items have been received back and inspected.
    • Refunds in these circumstances will cover only the cost of the returned items. Delivery charges and any enhanced shipping services are strictly non-refundable.

     YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER

    Please allow the following time scales before reporting a missing order:

     Location  Standard Delivery
     UK  5 working days
     Highlands & Islands 8 working days
     Europe   12 working days
     Rest of World  15 working days

     

    Once your claim has been confirmed, a replacement order will be sent within 28 working days with delivery costs covered by us. Delivery times will follow our standard delivery timelines and vary by location.

    All emails are responded to within 48 hours (during working days Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm). 

    Something Different Wholesale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. We also reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice, in line with our trading practices and legal obligations.
